RAILA ODINGA, GET OUT OF THE CORRUPT HANDSHAKE REGIME

Image
The Pan Africanist and Enigma of African politics, His Excellency Rt. Honorable Raila Odinga is a relentless fighter of equality and democracy, a fact that neither you or me can discredit. That goes without saying. However, he is a seasoned political failure, partly as a result of his own mistakes and largely as a result of mistakes resulting from ill advice by some of his political sycophants. A memorable mistake he did was failure to vie for reelection during the 2017 repeat election. I believed and still believe that if he never listened to his greedy political sycophants, he would be our president today. Anyway, that a sad story for another day. Today, the Enigma of African politics has been trapped into another failure; a hyena infested political hole. A hole worse than the Biblical David's lion infested den. The HANDSHAKE failure. It's the early moment that His Excellency Rt. Hon. Raila Amollo realises that this handshake is a well planned conduit to lay him down...

PARTICPATORY MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Image
Writer addressing participants in a conference One of the significant concepts in contemporary management is participatory management (PM), which is traced by most writers in the academic literature to the post-World War II writings of scholars, such as Kurt Lewin, Douglas McGregor, Chris Argyris, H. Igor Ansoff, and Michael Porter (Kaufman , 2001). However, a number of management scholars have also written at more length on the origins and history of PM, such as Carroll and Schuler (1983) said that participatory management can be traced to the early 1960s, the writings of behavioral scientists, such as Douglas McGregor and Rensis Likert. Furthermore, Stanton (1993) believes that the origins of PM to two behavioral scientists, Lester Coch and John French, who wrote in the late 1940s but on the issue of organizational change (Kaufman, 2001). Different level of leadership styles leads to different levels of job satisfaction. Subordinates feel more satisfied when leaders s...

MORALS AND SELF CONTROL SUPERSEDES AN ERECTION

Image
I have been busy and its now that am catching up with world news; some devastating, others good and encouraging. This one is devastating. I have constantly reminded you that an erection knows no Priest, Pastor, Imam or civil servant. However, my believe is that morals and self control supersedes an erection. A 77 year old cardinal, Cardinal George Pell, the former Vatican treasurer and the most senior Catholic figure ever to be found guilty of sexual offences against children has been jailed for 6 years in Australia for sexually abusing 13-year-old choir boys in a Melbourne cathedral in 1996. A Sad Evening For Me My Good People. Cardinal George Pell, Former Vatican Treasure

IF A WOMAN HAS THESE 10 QUALITIES, NEVER LET HER GO

Did I tell you that am writing a book titled "The Backyard of relationships"? Over the last one week, I have been researching and reading a lot, over 30 literature book sources, to beef up my book. More often than not, we rush into marriages without a clear glimpse and understanding of the partner we intend to marry. In most cases, the partner is either pushed to us by our parents or peers, or we have impregnated one cute lady on a hit-and-run mission and circumstances force us into marrying them. In my reading, I have provided a conclusive summary of the qualities you should look for in a woman you intend to marry. If you have found a woman who has some or all of these qualities, TREAT her WELL and NEVER let her GO. 1. She is smarter than you According to Lawrence Whalley, professor emeritus of the University of Aberdeen who has been researching dementia for a long time found that a smart woman can protect you from dementia later in life. The idea is that a smart par...

A CHRONOLOGICAL DETAIL OF THE ROT IN OUR CHURCHES

Image
Just as we condemn homophobia and support ‘the rights of consenting individuals to privacy in their sexual relations’, we must also grant far greater attention to the sexual abuse of children. The same zeal and zest that we are fighting corruption in the country is the same zeal and zest that we should fight corruption and sexual abuse in today’s modern church. Three decades ago, while I was growing up, the Men of God, including catechist, church chairmen, and choirmasters were a disciplined bunch of people who observed and adhered to the principle of dignity and respect to every human being; the young and the old, the male and the female gender, the boys, ladies and women. I don’t recall any cases of molestation, teenage pregnancy and sexual assault by these men of God. Today, the Men of God have become beasts. Sexual and corrupt beasts who are preying on the young and underage boys and girls. Impregnating and sodomizing them at a rate that needs global and national atten...
