DREAMLAND PART 3
The presence of blood stains right at my bedroom door was still
worrying me. I had no idea whether my people were massacred by Jakim's
loyalist or not. The silence in the house was like that of the grave. At
the back of my mind, I had began cursing my self, cursing Christine
Mueni for trapping me into her house last night. The Biblical story of
Eve being lured by a snake to eat the forbidden fruit at the garden of
Eden crossed my mind. "This snake must have been Mueni inform of a human
being", I whispered to my inner soul as I continued to venomously curse
Mueni.
Everything around the estate was quite. I sat down on
my brown leather rest seat to compose myself on the next move. I knew my
family is gone, gone never to be seen. Tears of sorrow flowed down my
cheek hitting straight on the floor. "The devil is a liar, Mueni is a
liar", I whispered to my inner soul a second time. While contemplating
on my next move of action, intimate actions with Mueni from the previous
night started to clog my mind. I saw an image of Mueni cuddling and
aimlessly moving her hand around my groins. "This is witchcraft", I let
out a loud shout. " Move away from me Mueni, where are my people", I
shouted chasing away an imaginary Mueni.
In a few seconds, I
sprung up from the seat, banged the door behind me and walked straight
out to the gate. I had no idea where and to which direction I was
heading to. I was confused. A whole generation had been lost, lost to
never be found; not even the skeletons. In my hands, I held a bunch of
keys. I remembered that I had to close the door to my house thus forcing
me to quickly go back. In a hurry, I also closed the gate. As I was
pulling my hand from the inner gate lock, the bunch of keys dropped
inside the compound. More stress. Lucifer had visited me. I had no means
to climb the concrete wall of my compound. I couldn't even attempt
because my electric wire fence was still life.
Karma is a bitch.
Mueni had probably bewitched me. I regretted having enjoyed the juicy
night with Mueni. I walked up and down around the gate trying to figure
out the next move. My phone was off. The keys had dropped inside the
compound. I had no access to the house to charge the phone. There was no
single sign of any person I could seek help from. I knocked at my neighbors gate a thousand times but no one answered. The world evils
had downed on me. In desperation, I knelt down close by the gate and
said a little prayer, "Oh Jehovah Jesus, forgive me. Oh God of Abraham, I
curse Mueni to the bottomless pit. Jehovah King, tell me my kids and
wife are safe. Lord, I believe the blood stains belongs to a dead rat
and none of my people. He you Jehovah who saved me from a python in
River Ruiru, and the blood thirsty Jakim's loyalists, come save me".
Immediately I concluded praying, I rose up and started my journey
aimlessly towards the West. A relatively huge rock by the road side
tripped me and I fell hurting the bullet wound I had sustained during
the battle along River Ruiru. Hot fresh blood gushed out staining my
white shirt. I sat by the roadside groaning in pain. Pain of losing my
family, pain of killing tens of Jakim's loyalist and now pain from
the bullet wound. "Oh my God, what I have I done to deserve this", I
mumbled.
While seated by the roadside, a woman walked by from no
where. I recognized her as our estate shopkeeper. " Baba B, what's up?
Do you know that Mama B has been rushed to the hospital to give birth.
It is at that time I came back to my senses and recalled that my wife
was nine months pregnant. The blood stains I had seen must have been labor blood stains from my wife. I suddenly woke up just to realize that the whole story about Jakim loyalists was a dream.
